Kelechi Iheanacho and other Super Eagles players dance to ‘One Corner’ song

Super Eagles players Kelechi Iheanacho and Chidozie Awaziem have caught the craze of the latest song that is currently trending across West Africa.

After their training session and dinner at the Le Méridien Hotel in Uyo, Iheanacho and Awaziem were seen dancing to the viral song ‘One Corner’.

‘One Corner’, a record by Ghanaian artiste Patapaa is followed by an interesting dance style which has become very popular on social media.

When the chorus of the song- a repetition of the phrase ‘One Corner’- comes on, people dash to their nearest corner to dance to the record by rhythmically moving their hips in sexualised dance movements.


This has gone viral on social media and some Nigerian celebrities have joined in too.

Iheanacho and Awaziem can be seen in the video dashing to different corners of a room at the Le Méridien Hotel before moving their hips in a sexualised manner to the record.


In the video, the Super Eagles stars are seen jumping on furniture at the corners of the room to partake in the dance to the amusement of their teammates.

Iheanacho and Awaziem were part of the Super Eagles squad that had an open training session at the practice pitch of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria is set to battle the Chipolopolo’s of Zambia in an all decisive world cup qualifiers that will qualify for the elite footballing competition if they secure all three points in Uyo.
